On Friday the Juniors went to Dinton Church for a service of Remembrance to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of WW1- to remember those who died for our freedom.

During the service we discussed how important it is to remember them. “We will remember them.”

We read our class prayer about armistice day.  After that we stood around the war memorial in the church yard, whilst the oldest and youngest children on the site lay a wreath.  We listened to the Last Post and held a minutes silence for respect and reflection.  Parents also joined us in our act of worship.
