Hot Cross Buns
On Tuesday the 19th March 2024 , Year 5 and Year 6 created sweet and savoury hot cross buns. They were put into groups of 4 and had pre-planned recipes to follow and together they made some amazing food.
Some things did not go to plan but Year 5 and 6 persevered around the problems. The teachers gave them three rules and they were: to persevere, to be patient and to be flexible.
Some were inspired to do exotic flavours while others stuck to simple flavours, but in the end, everyone was a winner as they all achieved their goals.
