On Tuesday 14th November the year 5 and 6 classes went on a fantastic and unforgettable school trip to the British Museum in London.
The visit was to show our pupils the history of Ancient Greece and the difference between then and modern life today. We were given the privilege to explore different galleries and to take notes and make sketches, we were a trustworthy group and completed this well. Our teachers reported we worked sensibly and were a shining example of our school community. We visited different rooms which had a range of examples of Greek Culture, there was a room about the Parthenon with detailed sculptures of life in the past. Another room held pots and jewellery artefacts, these was fascinating to see!
