Today, the Foundation Stage children have had a special ‘Tiger that came to tea Day’ to end our story topic. The children have created tiger masks and learnt ‘Timmy Tiger’, a poem that we performed to parents. This morning, we followed a map to find all the different parts of the story, collecting food or empty packets and jugs left by the very hungry tiger. We found some tiger food at the end, and the tiger jumped out of the bushes and surprised us! The children loved having their photo taken with the tiger. Parents joined us for decorating tiger cupcakes at our tiger tea party.
