Today, Year 1 and Year 2 have had a very exciting Design and Technology day. We have been exploring the differences between fruits and vegetables and we had a tasting session this morning where some of us tried fruits that we have never tried before. After the tasting session, we planned our own fruit salads and then we spent the afternoon making them. Everyone had a really fun day and we learnt the importance of preparing our fruit well and eating healthy. Finally, we evaluated the fruit salad that we created.
