A squad of Year 5 and 6 pupils took part in the Touch-Rugby Tournament, held at Aylesbury Grammar School. Playing just for fun, the team certainly took their sport seriously.
Report by Christopher and Louis:
On Wednesday 15/10/25 we played in a rugby tournament. We played against Bedgrove, Ickford and Turnfurlong. Christopher passed the ball to Austin who ran all the way through defence and scored an amazing try. Sadly we did not score again and lost all of our matches from then on.
We had countless attacks but didn’t manage to get past their defence. Hugo was very close to scoring a try but got tagged at the last second. The attack ended in a turnover ball.
Thank you to all the parents and carers who supported us along the way and thank you to Mrs Peterson and Mrs Swain for coaching our team.
