On Wednesday 31st January the whole school enjoyed a performance of Roald Dahl’s George’s Marvellous Medicine at Aylesbury Waterside Theatre.  The production was lively and entertaining.  We were surprised by how glamours Granda was in her sparkly trainers!  She did, however, live up to her reputation of grumpiness and was horrid to George.  The medicine made her grow through the roof and she towered over the stage.  We were thrilled by musical instrument playing and wowed by the exploding medicine.  At the end the cast sang a song reminding us all “Don’t try this at home.”

A Year 4 parent who accompanied us to the theatre emailed to say:

“Just to say an enormous Thank You for the ticket today. The show was fab and the children were all so amazing and such a credit to the school. So well behaved. Thank You!! “
