As part of their ‘Red Alert’ topic, Year 1 and Year 2 pupils had a visit from the police! Our Community Support Officer, Denise, came to talk to the children and answer some of their questions. The children had lots of questions.
Here are some of them:
How many robbers are caught in one year?
Do the police have helicopters?
How do handcuffs work?
We all worked to Cuddington playing fields to see a police truck. Denise turned on the siren. It was very, very loud! We found out that there are 3 different sirens.
We enjoyed our walk and we learnt lots of interesting things about the police.
Thank you to Denise!
